The issuer is the SPV Soleil Elements 10, subsidiary of the Elements group. The project is winner of the CRE call for bids PPE2 (remuneration supplement over 20 years); commissioning is scheduled for October 2027. The offering is reserved for residents of Nièvre and neighbouring departments.
