Participatory financing for the GéoBrie geothermal heating network, 100% subsidiary of Coriance group, on the municipalities of Emerainville, Plessis-Trévise, Pontault-Combault and Roissy-en-Brie (Île-de-France). The project consists of creating and operating 42 km of geothermal network, public service delegation granted in 2025 by the Paris-Vallée de la Marne Urban Agglomeration Community. Drilling began in June 2026, the project is in construction phase.
