About Bricks
Bricks is a French real estate crowdfunding platform licensed as a crowdfunding services provider (PSFP) by the AMF since 30 June 2023 (license FP-2023-08). It has financed 288 million euros of projects with over 600,000 members, ranking among France's top five platforms. Investors benefit from an obligatory model providing a strengthened legal framework since the transition in mid-2023. However, several factors warrant careful attention: the repayment delay rate increased significantly to 5.38% in 2025 from 2.90% in 2024, and the Bridgestone project has faced payment difficulties since January 2025. The platform previously received a regulatory warning that led to abandonment of its former royalties-based model. Although the default rate remains at 0% under the obligatory model, these indicators require heightened vigilance regarding project selection and monitoring quality.
